Bernardo Küster explica “como a esquerda controlará as próximas eleições”
O jornalista Bernardo Küster alerta para o perigo que espreita as eleições de 2020. Segundo Küester, a CPMI da Fake News servirá de base para o Congresso criminalizar as Fake News e censurar as mídias independes como Estudos Nacionais.
O establishment do poder, composto pela esquerda, quer criminalizar e controlar a informação e punir aqueles que destoam da sua narrativa. O objetivo é a regulamentação e controle da mídia independente através da burocracia estatal.
Outra via é fazer com que nas próximas eleições não haja uma derrota tão grande como ocorreu em 2018. A elite do poder quer evitar que um novo efeito Bolsonaro ocorra. Na última eleição, a esquerda perdeu em torno de 63% do poder.
Para controle da esfera eleitoral, o Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) apresentou uma proposta para responsabilizar o candidato caso este compartilhe uma Fake News. Lembrando que não há nada na esfera jurídica que criminalize a Fake News, fazendo-nos acreditar que logo tal termo constará na esfera jurídica-criminal.
O texto que consta no TSE esclarece que: “A utilização na propaganda eleitoral de qualquer modalidade de informações veiculadas por terceiros, pressupõe a checagem da veracidade e fidedignidade da informação”. Ou seja, entende-se que a assessoria de imprensa do candidato checou a informação, antes de divulgá-la. Completa-se que: “caso não demonstrado o uso de fontes de notória credibilidade, é assegurado o direito de resposta ao ofendido, sem excluir a eventual responsabilidade penal”, obrigando o candidato a usar somente a mídia tradicional, fortalecendo a burocracia estatal e censurando os jornalistas independentes.
Ainda assim, esmagando a possibilidade do atual governo se comunicar com o povo, driblando a mídia mainstream que esta impedindo a propagação de noticia real a população.
Um dos agentes que ajudarão a favorecer a esquerda são as empresas de “checagem de fatos” (fact-checking), que estão sob o comando de simpatizantes do socialismo/comunismo.
A partir do ano que vem, a grande mídia será reabilitada como órgão de credibilidade, apenas pelo medo da penalidade.
Lembrando que, os maiores veiculadores de Fake News são provenientes da grande mídia, como Folha de São Paulo e O Globo.
