PM não vai cumprir nenhuma ordem absurda do governador, diz Coronel Tadeu.
Os governadores dos estados podem tomar medidas complementares no combate à pandemia do novo coronavírus. Mas para o deputado federal Coronel Tadeu (PSL-SP), a Polícia Militar não cumprirá ordens que considerar absurdas.
A possibilidade foi discutida na edição de hoje no UOL Debate. O programa reuniu os deputados federais Osmar Terra (MDB-RS) e Carla Zambelli (PSL-SP) e o senador Eduardo Gomes (MDB-TO), além do próprio Coronel Tadeu.
O recado foi ao governador de São Paulo, João Doria (PSDB), que indica não aliviar nas medidas restritivas a curto prazo. Vale destacar que, no início do mês, a Procuradoria Geral da República defendeu a autonomia de estados na possibilidade de complementar as medidas sanitárias.
“Polícia Militar não vai cumprir nenhuma ordem absurda do governador. Ela deve obediência ao chefe do estado, mas se o governador Doria, Zema (de MG) ou qualquer um (tomar uma medida considerada absurda), pode ter certeza que a Polícia Militar não vai fazer isso”, assegurou
