EITA, LASQUEIRA!!! Eduardo Cunha segue estratégia da defesa de Lula, acusa ‘suspeição’ de Moro e pede anulação de condenação
Eduardo Cunha (MDB-RJ), ex-presidente da Câmara dos Deputados, condenado a 15 anos e 11 meses de reclusão pelos crimes de corrupção passiva e de lavagem de dinheiro na operação Lava Jato, decidiu adotar a mesma linha de estratégia da defesa do ex-presidente Lula.
Cunha solicitou ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) que considere a suspeição do ex-juiz Sergio Moro
O pedido já foi protocolado e visa sustentar que o ex-deputado foi vítima de conluio entre Moro e força-tarefa da Lava Jato.
Responsável pela abertura de impeachment de Dilma Rousseff (PT-MG), o político também foi denunciado por manter valores em uma conta bancária na Suíça.
Em um dos diálogos de Moro, segundo os advogados de Cunha, fica evidente que o ex-juiz tinha conhecimento que a que a força-tarefa o denunciaria. Logo, certamente existia uma ‘proximidade indevida’ entre o magistrado e os procuradores, no entendimento da defesa.
